Privacy Policy

This website has no accounts, no database and no analytics. It does not store anything about you, and it does not set tracking cookies.

The only information we ever receive is what you deliberately send us — an email or a WhatsApp message.

We do not sell data, run advertising, or build profiles of visitors.

The contact form does not submit anything to this website. When you press send, your own email application or WhatsApp opens with the message pre-filled, and you send it yourself.

That means your name, email address and message travel directly from you to us through a service you already use. Nothing passes through this site and nothing is saved here.

We use the details in your message only to reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to run that engagement.

Messages sit in our normal email or WhatsApp inbox. We keep them for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them on request.

We set no cookies of our own and store nothing in your browser.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. Google may set its own cookies when that frame loads — that is Google's processing, governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. If you would rather avoid it, simply do not scroll to the map.

The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard technical request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not combine those logs with anything else or use them to identify visitors.

Because we hold nothing beyond the messages you chose to send, most requests are simple. You can ask us what we have from your correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@anastasis.tech and we respond within 30 days.

We plan to add accounts and other features in future. If we ever start collecting or storing personal data, we will update this page and state clearly what is collected and why — before the feature goes live.
